Calling All Little Sisters

 

The four points on the crown, service, scholarship, style and success, along with sisterhood, form the cornerstones of the Miss America Competition

We're so excited to have you as a participant in our 2024 program! Our volunteer staff has been working hard to make this year's event the best ever! The Little Sister program is designed to be a stepping stone to the Miss Virignia's Teen program. This success is the result of the knowledge, skills and training we provide our participants. The Little Sisters will experience growth in personal presentation, confidence, poise, physical fitness, and onstage dance production training. They will learn what it takes to be a successful titleholder and develop skills for the future.

All Little Sisters will receive a crown and sash at a Coronation ceremoney and be introduced during the competition. They will also appear in the finals. During the day they will have a schedule of activities and rehearsals.

This mentoring program for young girls is held during the Miss Virginia and Miss Virginia's Teen Competition. Little Sisters must be 5 to 12 years of age at the time of the June event.
